Class schedules are finalized after enrollment is complete. Families will receive them 1–2 weeks before the first day of school. This includes High school's a la carte classes.

Electives meet in the afternoon after the school day during the academic semester. We also offer before & after school care that is in the morning and afternoon everyday throughout the semester.

Supply lists are shared through the Parent Portal and by email each summer. Any additional items needed for electives or special programs will be communicated directly by your child’s teacher.

Detailed instructions for arrival and dismissal, including carline maps and times, will be sent before school begins. Staff will be present the first week to guide families through the process.

School lunch is not provided, families may send a packed lunch daily.

30 Days prior to start of camp receive refund less the supply fees. Supply Fees are nonrefundable. Any withdrawal after 30 days prior is no refund.

All students must have up-to-date immunization records on file. Our staff follows clear safety procedures for illness, medication, and emergencies.

Our registration platform will waitlist a student if a class fills up, and the family will be notified of a spot opens up if they are next available.

No grades or progress reports are given for electives unless the elective goes towards High School credits.

Parents are not allowed to observe in class except for prior approved circumstances. Parents cannot wait in the building however there are tables outside parents can sit at until students are dismissed.

No, electives are strictly additional educational services and are not required or a part of the TKCU curriculum requirements, nor will credits be offered for them.
